Staff is incredibly nice and accommodating!
Thank you for a wonderful stay. It's an ideal and fairly clean hotel, rooms are impeccably clean and unique. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is favourable next to Alameda plaza as well as so many things-the Palacio de Bellas Artes, Torre Latino, Metro Juarez, Alameda Gardens, ATMs, restaurants.

Hotel was great affordable!
The stuff was exceptionally nice and accommodating throughout our stay. The room we had was new-fashioned and well decorated with the picture-nice, the toilet was and balcony.

I really enjoyed its modern and unique rooms.
The food was excellent - a wide array of options. The breakfast was good, the check in was early. Cold drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise. The location was wonderful for walking around a cultural centre.

The hotel is great value for the price, offering basic amenities and a modern neutral design. The staff are courteous and helpful, with English-speaking members available at the front desk. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby metro stops and attractions such as Zocalo and Alameda Park.
No improvements needed, everything was ok.

Good location, access to Alameda park and historic district by foot, and close to metro and bus stops. Spacious room with acceptable and clean furnishings.
The hotel is under renovations to change from Monte Real into the Howard Johnson's label so there are a few inconveniences due to construction process, the smell of cement and dust in the lobby most of all. The continental breakfast included in our rate was very poor in quality and lack of choices. The staff did not offer any variety until we asked repeatedly.

The hotel is located in a great area, just off Juarez and Alameda Parque. It felt safe and wasn't noisy. It was also within walking distance to Bella Artes and the rest of Centro Historico. The bed was big and comfortable, and the shower was great with good towels. The breakfast provided a good choice of options, including fruits, yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, breads. The room was well-appointed with a modern neutral design. The breakfast area was well-staffed and reasonably big, making it easy to find a table. The staff was courteous and helpful, with English-speaking staff available at the reception. There was also a convenience store across the road, which was handy for any small items or drinks needed.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

It's pretty cheap and has a really good location, close to a metro station and the Alameda.
The lobby was under construction. The bathroom didn't have shampoo and the room didn't have AC. The ceiling fan was really noisy. The rest of the room was okay. The breakfast included was really awful and the juice was also very bad.

It was very central. I liked being able to open the windows, even though the street was noisy outside
The internet didn´t work for the three days I was there.

In the end of the day was a good value for money because Hotel Montel Real is extremely well located.
Hotel Monte Real was a cheap and usefull offer and was nothing more than this. Although the staff was not unpleasant they did not really enjoy helping.
